These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding contract between you and KORA ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website or services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use KORA.

2. Accounts & Registration

To buy or sell you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

• Keep your password confidential.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
• Only one account per person unless approved by us.

3. Listing Items

Sellers must describe items honestly and provide clear photos. Listings must include condition, defects, and any known issues.

We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these Terms or local law.

4. Transactions

All sales are between buyer and seller. We provide the platform to connect parties and facilitate payments. We do not guarantee item authenticity unless explicitly stated.

5. Fees & Payments

We may charge fees for listings, promotions, or payment processing. Fees (if any) will be displayed prior to completing a transaction.

Sellers are responsible for any taxes owed on sales in their jurisdiction.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Sellers must ship items within the timeframe stated in the listing. Buyers should inspect items on delivery and report issues immediately.

7. Returns & Refunds

Return policies may vary by seller. If a return is needed, follow the seller's return instructions. We may assist in resolving disputes but are not obligated to issue refunds except as required by law or our policies.

8. Prohibited Items

Do not list illegal, stolen, hazardous, or otherwise prohibited items. We may remove such listings and suspend accounts.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KORA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the amount of fees paid to us in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or for conduct we believe is harmful to our community. Termination does not relieve users of outstanding obligations.

11. Dispute Resolution

We encourage parties to resolve disputes directly. If needed, we may provide a resolution process. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where KORA is established.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post changes here and, where appropriate, notify users. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
